Greenrayherbals guarantees your order if it does not arrive with 30 business days of shipping or is damaged during shipment. In these instances, Greenrayherbals will replace your order or if we are unable to reship the order we will issue a full refund. If your order was shipped in multiple packages and you only receive part of the order, Greenrayherbals will issue a credit for the full amount and then charge your credit card for the portion of the order that was received.
Please allow 30 business days after the order was shipped for your order to arrive. If after 30 days you have still not received your order, or if you have been notified that your order is being held up for any reason, or been notified the order was returned to Thematcrafts.com, please send a ticket from the Support Page of our website or request a refund by contacting our Customer Service Department and we will promptly take care of your request.
If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact within 45 days of receipt, and as part of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, Greenrayherbals will issue a free replacement or issue a refund per your request. Greenrayherbals will not be able to honor any replacement or refund requests received after 45 days of order delivery.
